Delete your account & data

You can erase your Vaelmark account yourself, from inside the game, in under a minute. No form, no waiting, no email required.

Delete a single character

  1. Open Vaelmark and sign in.
  2. On the character-select screen, tap the character you want to remove.
  3. Tap Delete and confirm.

The character is hidden immediately and permanently purged after a 1-day grace period — so an accidental deletion can still be reversed by emailing us within 24 hours.

Delete your whole account

  1. Open Vaelmark and sign in.
  2. On the character-select screen, tap Delete Account.
  3. Type your username exactly to confirm, then approve.

Your account and every character on it are removed from our servers immediately. This cannot be undone.

If you can’t sign in — lost password, uninstalled the game, or a banned account — email us and we will delete it for you.

✉ Email a deletion request

Please send it from any address and include your Vaelmark username — that is the only thing we need to find your data. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Deletion is permanent. Purchased gems, premium time and items cannot be restored afterwards, and deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — manage that in the Play Store.
